Instructions
In a bowl mix the flour, paprika, and red chili flakes.
Cut halloumi cheese into 'fries'.
Chop cilantro, mix with yogurt and salt. Set aside.
Pour cut halloumi pieces into the flour mixture, and coat generously. Let sit for a few minutes. Mix through the flour again to coat again.
Heat oil for frying.
Place halloumi in heated oil and fry until crisp and brown.
Remove and drain any excess oil.
Serve immediately.
