Ingredients

  • ½ cup Hazelnuts
  • ½ cup Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Fennel
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Grind nuts and seeds.
  • Dry saute for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Stirring.
  • Add the spices, salt and pepper, and continute to saute for 3 to 4 more minutes.
  • Keep stirring so as not to burn.
  • Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
