- 1 lb Shrimp peeled & devained
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Mix garlic, salt, cayenne, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice in a bowl.
Add shrimp and allow to marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Stir every once in a while to be sure that the shrimp is well covered.
Put shrimp on skewers.
Place shrimp on a rack over coals at about a medium heat.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes a side until shrimp turn pink.
Serve over salad or rice.
