- ½ lb Ground Beef
- ½ lb Ground Lamb
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ⅛ cup Olive Oil
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Combine the 2 types of meat in a bowl.
Add all other ingredients, except the vegetable oil, and mix well.
Shape into meatballs and place on a baking tray.
Pour the vegetable oil into a frying pan and brown the meatballs.
Add browned meatballs to your preferred sauce and cook until done (about 20 minutes).
