Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts boneless & skinless
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  • In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients except the chicken.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  • Remove and allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve and enjoy!
