Ingredients

Falafel Wrap

  • 1 Shrak or Tortilla
  • 7 Falafels
  • 2 tbsp Tahini Sauce
  • ½ Cucumber thinly sliced
  • ½ Tomato thinly sliced
  • ¼ Onion thinly sliced
  • Handful Mint Leaves
  • ¼ Lemon thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce optional

Tahini Sauce

  • 4 Garlic Cloves minced
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Tahini
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4-6 tbsp Water add more if necessary

Instructions

  • Spread tahini sauce on bread.
  • Mash falafel balls into the sauce.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Roll bread like you would a burrito.
  • Enjoy!
