Falafel Wrap
- 1 Shrak or Tortilla
- 7 Falafels
- 2 tbsp Tahini Sauce
- ½ Cucumber thinly sliced
- ½ Tomato thinly sliced
- ¼ Onion thinly sliced
- Handful Mint Leaves
- ¼ Lemon thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce optional
Tahini Sauce
- 4 Garlic Cloves minced
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- ½ cup Tahini
- ½ tsp Salt
- 4-6 tbsp Water add more if necessary
Spread tahini sauce on bread.
Mash falafel balls into the sauce.
Add all other ingredients.
Roll bread like you would a burrito.
