  • Mix all ingredients with the ground chicken.
  • Mix well. Preferably using your hands.
  • Roll into balls, then flatten to form patties.
  • Refrigerate patties for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a pan on medium heat.
  • Once the pan is hot add the patty immediately and turn the heat down to low.
  • Cook slowly turning once. Serve.
