Chicken Breakfast Sausage Recipe

Mix all ingredients with the ground chicken.
Mix well. Preferably using your hands.
Roll into balls, then flatten to form patties.
Refrigerate patties for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a pan on medium heat.
Once the pan is hot add the patty immediately and turn the heat down to low.
Cook slowly turning once. Serve.
