- 1 cup Burghul
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- ¼ Romaine Lettuce sliced
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 1 Tomato diced
- 6 Green Onions sliced
- 6 Mushrooms sliced
- 2 Cucumbers small
- 1 cup Chickpeas
Pour the burghul, water and salt into a bowl.
Mix together and leave to soak for 20 minutes.
In a salad bowl, add the soaked burghul and mix together with the olive oil.
Add romaine lettuce, capers, tomato, green onions, mushrooms, cucumbers and chickpeas.
Mix together and serve.
