Ingredients

  • cups Cauliflower Rice
  • tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • ½ cup Peas frozen
  • 4 Green Onions sliced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Heat the sesame oil and add carrots, peas, garlic and onions. Sauté until soft.
  • Whisk the egg with the egg whites.
  • Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the soy sauce and stir.
  • Add the whisked eggs and fry until cooked through.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve!
