Chocolate Chip Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients

  • cups Flour all purpose
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 14 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Orange Blossom Water
  • 1 Egg large
  • 1 Egg Yolk large
  • cups Chocolate Chips
  • ¾ cups Pistachios coarsely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° (245°).
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Mix the sugars in a bowl.
  • Melt butter and add to the sugars. Whisk well until combined.
  • Add orange blossom water.
  • Add egg, and yolk. Whisk until well combined.
  • Stir in flour mixture.
  • Add nuts and chocolate chips.
  • Place spoonful of cookie dough on sheet pan about and inch and a half apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
