Ingredients

  • 1 Head Garlic whole cloves
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Fava Beans fresh
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in to pot and and bring to a boil.
  • Turn down to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. 
  • Serve hot or cold.
