Fried Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Chili Peppers one chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ Salt
  • ¼ Pepper
  • 1 tsp Coriander

Instructions

  • Put oil in pan over medium heat.
  • Add the onions and garlic. Cook until soft.
  • Add tomatoes, and chili peppers.
  • Add salt and pepper. Stir.
  • Add coriander. Stir.
  • Cook until tomatoes are soft but not mushy. 
  • Serve hot or cold.
