- 8 Eggs
- 4 Spring Onions chopped
- ½ cup Parsley chopped
- ½ cup Mint Leaves chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 Green Chili chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper ground
- 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
Heat the olive oil on high.
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add all other ingredients.
Whisk.
Turn heat to low.
Pour mixture into hot oil.
Cook until cooked halfway through, turn over, cook until done.
