- 225 g Okra
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tsp Ginger fresh
- 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- ½ cup Water
- 1½ tsp Pomegranate Molasses
Add the vegetable oil and sesame oil to a hot wok.
Fry the garlic for a couple minutes, then add the okra. Add half of the water.
Cover the wok for a few minutes, then uncover and stir.
Add the rest of the water, red chili flakes, salt and ginger . Mix together and cover again for a few minutes.
Uncover and add the pomegranate molasses. Stir.
Serve.
