Fried Okra

Ingredients

  • 225 g Okra
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tsp Ginger fresh
  • 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • ½ cup Water
  • tsp Pomegranate Molasses

Instructions

  • Add the vegetable oil and sesame oil to a hot wok. 
  • Fry the garlic for a couple minutes, then add the okra. Add half of the water.
  • Cover the wok for a few minutes, then uncover and stir. 
  • Add the rest of the water, red chili flakes, salt and ginger . Mix together and cover again for a few minutes.
  • Uncover and add the pomegranate molasses. Stir.
  • Serve.
