Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Freekeh
  • ½ tbsp Seven Spices
  • ¼ tsp Cumin
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Soak cup of Freekeh overnight.
  • Fry the onion in the oil until soft and translucent.
  • Drain Freekeh and add to onions.
  • Add seven spices and cumin.
  • Add broth and bring to a boil, turn down and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
