- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup Freekeh
- ½ tbsp Seven Spices
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- 2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
Soak cup of Freekeh overnight.
Fry the onion in the oil until soft and translucent.
Drain Freekeh and add to onions.
Add seven spices and cumin.
Add broth and bring to a boil, turn down and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
