- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic sliced
- 4 cups Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 cup Lamb Broth
- 1 tsp Seven Spices
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Dried Mint crushed
- ¼ cup Slivered Almonds
Saute the garlic in the olive oil until it begins to brown.
Add the yogurt and stir.
Add 1 cup cold lamb broth to the cornstarch and stir well, then add to the yogurt.
Add the seven spices, salt, and dried crushed mint.
Add the slow cooked meat and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
