- 1 lb Lamb ground
- 4 Cloves Garlic crushed
- ¾ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Parsley chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your hands.
Shape burgers using a biscuit cutter.
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
