- ½ lb Pork Sausage
- ½ lb Cream Cheese
- ½ lb Mashed Potato
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 Egg
- ¾ cup Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1½ tsp Sumac
- ½ tsp Salt
Add the sausage to the bowl of a stand mixer.
Add the almond flour, cheese, sumac, salt, baking powder and garlic powder.
Mix on low, then add the egg while the mixer is running.
Stop and add the cream cheese and mashed potato, and mix well.
Scoop the mixture into balls using an ice cream scoop.
Place the sausage balls on a greased tray.
Place the tray in a preheated oven, and bake at 350ºF (175ºC) for 25 minutes.
