Ingredients

  • ½ lb Pork Sausage
  • ½ lb Cream Cheese
  • ½ lb Mashed Potato
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • tsp Garlic Powder
  • tsp Sumac
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Add the sausage to the bowl of a stand mixer.
  • Add the almond flour, cheese, sumac, salt, baking powder and garlic powder.
  • Mix on low, then add the egg while the mixer is running.
  • Stop and add the cream cheese and mashed potato, and mix well.
  • Scoop the mixture into balls using an ice cream scoop.
  • Place the sausage balls on a greased tray.
  • Place the tray in a preheated oven, and bake at 350ºF (175ºC) for 25 minutes.
