Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
  • Mix all the spices in a large bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Add the chicken and cover completely with the spice mixture.
  • Place the spiced chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish.
  • Pour any remaining spice mix over the chicken breasts.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Remove and slice the breasts into thin slices.
  • Mix the chicken slices with the liquid from the baking dish and serve.
