- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tsp Coriander
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ¾ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
Mix all the spices in a large bowl.
Add the lemon juice and olive oil.
Add the chicken and cover completely with the spice mixture.
Place the spiced chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish.
Pour any remaining spice mix over the chicken breasts.
Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove and slice the breasts into thin slices.
Mix the chicken slices with the liquid from the baking dish and serve.
