- 6 pcs chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC)
Pour the chicken broth and lemon juice into a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, cardamom, and thyme; stir well.
Add the chicken and rub with the marinade.
Cover the chicken and allow to sit for an hour.
Remove the chicken from the bowl and place in a baking dish.
Bake the chicken in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until done.
