Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175ºC).
Spread a single layer of peeled walnuts onto a rimmed baking tray.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until nuts are golden brown.
Shake the nuts on the tray half way through roasting, just to move them around a bit.
Remove nuts and cool to room temperature before storing in an airtight container.
