Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pearl Barley
  • 3 cups Water
  • ¾ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Put the barley, water and salt in a cooking pot and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, stir and turn down the heat to a simmer.
  • Let cook slowly and uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until the barley is soft.
