- 8 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- 1 cup Pickled Cucumbers
- 1 cup Pickled Turnips
- 1 cup Black Olives
- 1 cup Pickled Jalapeños
- 1 Tomato wedges
- 3 Small Cucumbers sticks
- 2 Carrots sticks
- 1 cup Green Olives
- 1 cup Another Type of Olives your choice
- ½ cup Picked Peppers
- 4 oz Halloumi
- 3 Pita Bread wedges
- Paprika garnish
- Olive Oil garnish
- Chickpeas garnish
Place a bowl of hummus in the middle of your platter.
Place all other ingredients around the bowl.
Place chickpeas, sprinkle paprika and drizzle olive oil on top of the hummus.
