Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hummus
  • 8 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 cup Pickled Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Pickled Turnips
  • 1 cup Black Olives
  • 1 cup Pickled Jalapeños
  • 1 Tomato wedges
  • 3 Small Cucumbers sticks
  • 2 Carrots sticks
  • 1 cup Green Olives
  • 1 cup Another Type of Olives your choice
  • ½ cup Picked Peppers
  • 4 oz Halloumi
  • 3 Pita Bread wedges
  • Paprika garnish
  • Olive Oil garnish
  • Chickpeas garnish

Instructions

  • Place a bowl of hummus in the middle of your platter.
  • Place all other ingredients around the bowl.
  • Place chickpeas, sprinkle paprika and drizzle olive oil on top of the hummus.
