Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas small
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 250ºF (120ºC).
  • Mix the water and juice in a small bowl.
  • Cut the bananas into half inch round slices.
  • Place the bananas in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Brush with the lemon water mixture.
  • Bake for 90 minutes, remove, turn banana chips and brush the other side.
  • Return to the oven and cook for another 60 to 90 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
