- 3 Bananas small
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 250ºF (120ºC).
Mix the water and juice in a small bowl.
Cut the bananas into half inch round slices.
Place the bananas in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Brush with the lemon water mixture.
Bake for 90 minutes, remove, turn banana chips and brush the other side.
Return to the oven and cook for another 60 to 90 minutes.
Cool completely.
