Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers Recipe
When you feel like something spicy and cheesy try these cheesy buffalo chicken stuffed peppers.
Servings: 3 servings
- 3 Tuscan Peppers sliced open and cleaned
- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1½ cups Gouda grated
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Butter melted
- ½ Onion diced
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
Cut open Tuscan peppers leaving tops intact. Remove seeds, and clean inside. Place in baking dish.
Saute onion in olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
Add chicken, garlic powder, butter, and hot sauce. Mix until hot.
Remove from heat, and stir in one cup of cheese until melted.
Put equal amounts of filling in the peppers. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
