Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Tuscan Peppers sliced open and cleaned
  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken
  • cups Gouda grated
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Butter melted
  • ½ Onion diced
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
  • Cut open Tuscan peppers leaving tops intact. Remove seeds, and clean inside. Place in baking dish.
  • Saute onion in olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
  • Add chicken, garlic powder, butter, and hot sauce. Mix until hot.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in one cup of cheese until melted.
  • Put equal amounts of filling in the peppers. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
