Salt and Vinegar Wings Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • ¼ cup Corn Starch
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • tsp Cayenne
  • Canola Oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF (220ºC).
  • Marinate the wings in the vinegar for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Place wings on a baking sheet in a single layer, salt, and set aside.
  • Put flour and corn starch to a large bowl and add paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper and mix well.
  • Dredge chicken wings in the flour mixture until well coated.
  • Place wings on a baking tray and brush one side with oil.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, turn wings over, brush other side with oil.
  • Return to the oven for another 25 minutes.
  • Remove and serve immediately with your favorite buffalo sauce.
