- 1 Pineapple cut into rounds
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 4 tbsp Butter melted
- 3 tbsp Hazelnuts roasted and chopped
Mix maple syrup with the butter.
Brush pineapple rounds with the butter and syrup mix.
Grill for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the pineapple pieces.
Remove when done, brush again with butter and syrup mixture and sprinkle with the hazelnuts.
