Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit (175ºC).
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place hazelnuts in a single layer on the baking sheet, and bake.
Toast hazelnuts for 10-15 minutes.
Once done, wrap the hot hazelnuts in a kitchen towel.
Let sit for 1 minute.
Vigorously rub the nuts while inside the towel.
Open the towel to remove the skinless hazelnuts.
Let hazelnuts cool completely.
