- 1 lb Chicken Breast cubed
- ⅓ cup Olive Oil
- 4 Onions diced
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sumac
- 1½ tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Seven Spices
Cube chicken and dice onions.
Heat oil over medium heat, add onions and saute for five minutes.
Add salt and spices. Cook onions until soft and translucent.
Add chicken, stir, and cook for about fifteen minutes.
