Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cubed
  • cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Onions diced
  • tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sumac
  • tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Seven Spices

Instructions

  • Cube chicken and dice onions.
  • Heat oil over medium heat, add onions and saute for five minutes.
  • Add salt and spices. Cook onions until soft and translucent.
  • Add chicken, stir, and cook for about fifteen minutes.
