- 16 Lamb Chops single chops
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200º).
Bring chops to room temperature.
Pour olive oil into a pan and sear the chops on both sides until brown.
Place the chops in a baking tray in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, turning once.
