Ingredients

  • 16 Lamb Chops single chops
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200º).
  • Bring chops to room temperature.
  • Pour olive oil into a pan and sear the chops on both sides until brown.
  • Place the chops in a baking tray in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, turning once.
