- 3½ cups Cauliflower Rice
- 1½ tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Carrot chopped
- ½ cup Peas frozen
- 4 Green Onions sliced
- 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 Egg
- 2 Egg Whites
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Place large skillet over medium high heat.
Heat the sesame oil and add carrots, peas, garlic and onions. Sauté until soft.
Whisk the egg with the egg whites.
Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and stir.
Add the whisked eggs and fry until cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve!
