Herb Stuffed Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 Sea Bream whole
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • cup Capers
  • 1 tsp Cumin ground
  • ½ tsp Cardamom ground
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper ground
  • ½ tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°).
  • Place the fish in a baking dish.
  • Put half the cilantro and capers inside the fish.
  • Mix spices withe pepper and salt.
  • Rub the fish with spice mix.
  • Wrap fish in foil and place in the oven. 
  • Cook for 20 minutes or until done.
