- 2 Sea Bream whole
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- ⅓ cup Capers
- 1 tsp Cumin ground
- ½ tsp Cardamom ground
- ½ tsp Black Pepper ground
- ½ tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°).
Place the fish in a baking dish.
Put half the cilantro and capers inside the fish.
Mix spices withe pepper and salt.
Rub the fish with spice mix.
Wrap fish in foil and place in the oven.
Cook for 20 minutes or until done.
