- 2 Eggs
- Water enough to cover eggs
- 1 tbsp Zaatar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
Bring water to a boil.
Once boiling place eggs in water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes depending on how done you want your eggs to be.
Remove from heat, drain and cool with cold water.
Scoop out eggs into a bowl.
Add za'atar.
Add olive oil, and salt.
Stir until well incorporated.
Serve with bread or crackers.
