Soft boiled egg mixed with olive oil and za'atar for a delicious bite!

  • Bring water to a boil.
  • Once boiling place eggs in water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes depending on how done you want your eggs to be.
  • Remove from heat, drain and cool with cold water.
  • Scoop out eggs into a bowl.
  • Add za'atar.
  • Add olive oil, and salt.
  • Stir until well incorporated. 
  • Serve with bread or crackers.
