- 3 Tomatoes chopped
- 2 Chili Peppers one chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ Salt
- ¼ Pepper
- 1 tsp Coriander
Put oil in pan over medium heat.
Add the onions and garlic. Cook until soft.
Add tomatoes, and chili peppers.
Add salt and pepper. Stir.
Add coriander. Stir.
Cook until tomatoes are soft but not mushy.
Serve hot or cold.
