Fattoush Salad

For the Salad

  • 1 Romaine Lettuce Heart
  • Baby Cucumbers
  • ½ Onion diced
  • 1 cup Tomato diced
  • ½ cup Mint Leaves chopped
  • ½ cup Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 1 Pita Loaf toasted and crunchy

For the Dressing


  • Chop all vegetables and place in a bowl. Mix.
  • In a separate bowl mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and sumac.
  • Break toasted pita into small regular pieces and mix in with salad before serving.
  • Just before serving, pour dressing onto the salad and mix well.
