A fresh salad with a crouton crunch that will fill you with the crisp new vegetables of the season!
Servings: 4 people
For the Salad
- 1 Romaine Lettuce Heart
- 1½ Baby Cucumbers
- ½ Onion diced
- 1 cup Tomato diced
- ½ cup Mint Leaves chopped
- ½ cup Coriander Leaves chopped
- 1 Pita Loaf toasted and crunchy
Chop all vegetables and place in a bowl. Mix.
In a separate bowl mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and sumac.
Break toasted pita into small regular pieces and mix in with salad before serving.
Just before serving, pour dressing onto the salad and mix well.
