Ingredients

  • 1 medium Cucumber diced
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Mint chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Dice the cucumber and mix in bowl with all other ingredients.
  • Garnish and serve.
