Meet Your Instructor

I’m a food, travel & lifestyle blogger who is passionate about creating recipes from my Arab American background.

Born to an American mother and Palestinian father, I have lived and traveled all over the world.

I have been cooking for most of my life and have had a lifelong interest in food of all kinds, in particular foods of the Middle East. From my grandmother in Palestine, to formal training in college, I learned about food.
